Perfect for both traditional or contemporary gardens, Paddlestones are flat, roughly disc-shaped pieces of stone with soft, rounded edges which are formed by extensively tumbling unwanted paving products. With a very similar look to natural river-worn paddlestones, our paddlestones are a sustainable alternative as they are not taken from rivers or beaches, leaving the environment unaffected.
With a bit of care and consideration in selecting the right shapes, it's easy to stack these paddlestones into rows to build a sturdy dry stone wall. Dry paddlestone walls are a particularly eye-catching focal point in any garden scheme, with small holes and cracks providing an ideal microhabitat for insects. Occasionally larger paddlestones are laid flat for rustic paving, wall coping stones, stepping stones, lining pond edges, cottage garden edging and stacking in water features to make waterfall ledges.
These sophisticated steel-grey paddlestones will bring a subtle range of mid-greys, light-greys and some darker grey markings to your outdoor scheme.
